  • 4 tbs self raising flour
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 4 tbs cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbs milk
  • 3 tbs oil
  • 3 tbs chocolate chips
  • vanilla essence
Method
  1. add the dry ingredients to your largest coffee mug and mix well
  2.  add the egg and mix thoroughly
  3.  add the chocolate chips and small splash of vanilla essence – then mix again
  4.  put mug in microwave and cook for three minutes at highest wattage. The cake will rise over the top of the mug but do not be alarmed. Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate if desired.
