Michael, this sounds super yummy, as I am a lover of pizza. I have taken to using pita bread as my pizza crust, topping it with sauce, cheese, pepperoni, pineapple and olives, because it is super quick, easy and does taste delicious. I also make a roasted veggie pizza that is WONDERFUL. I have blog post for both of these if interested.
PIzza bread is very tasty! And food is just plain good!
