Or tortilla lol 😉 I like that it seems to be veggie too; I keep my meat consumption down. Rare to see in Mexico or any CA country for that matter. I loved sweet potatoes and the ones in your picture look divine. I can taste the grilled flavor from here…..if they are in fact grilled 😉 In truth though you can eat amazing off of the street if you’re willing to find a good local, sanitary stall or shop. If you can recreate their dishes all the better.
