With regard to cereals and yoghurt, it&#039;s really important to check that their are no added sugars and other unnecessary ingredients in the raw materials, particularly in the flavoured and instant varieties of yoghurts and oatmeal.

If you want to add sweetness, consider honey and, for flavour, use your own favourite fruits.  At Field and Forrest Delicatessen we stock the Rude Health varieties of Muesli, Porridge and Granola - none of which contain any hidden nasties and all of which are organic and contain ingredients which are fantastic for the body.]]></description>
