Cherrie, I may do a video to show the process as it's so good not to share :) You can pretty much curry anything, try some different recipes and styles. I will be doing quite a few Indian recipes this year so keep watching :)

Hi Michael,
that seems really easy to make.
Do you need to boil or simmer the milk for a while before straining?
Can you use the 'whey'?

Thank you for sharing this!
Bon Appetite!

That looks really good, I was craving for some indian food last week but it was too cold to go outside so I just made something else from what I can find at home. I didn't know that curry can be made with this cheese. I make chicken curry with coconut milk and curry powder. I would love to see how this cheese is made.

Thanks Nick, shame you and your friend can't eat it as it's so delicious and creamy in any kind of curry. Maybe you should try the spring rolls from my last weekend food workout...totally veggie/vegan and totally delicious :)

Hi Michael,

The sound "Paneer" itself sounds so awesome! I was drawn to your post by Paneer because I love anything made of that. But, I would rather like to eat when it's ready than to make it :-)

Thanks for the motivation :-)

Michael, where were you when I needed you???

As you know I adopted a Vegan Lifestyle years back.. BUT I was a vegetarian for many years before.. so that was a great time to meet you and learn this great recipe to make wonderful and yummy Paneer.. I eat them before from places I went to eat... but I know making your own with all your own favourite spices would have been amazing.. Ho well.. I just have to take your word for it and I know you are great for this and trust it come delicious.. :-)

I have an Indian friend who we sometime prepare different dishes together, her self is vegan but her family is vegetarian so she tend to use her creativity.. perhaps this will be a great addition so I will share it with her.

Thanks of sharing great recipes Michael.
