ok.. now I know what you do.. for almost a year I truly wanted to know and a few times I want to ask you of explanation.. well, after reading this article, I do not have to ask you any more I got it.. You are a GREAT FOOD PROMOTER haha 🙂

As I was reading through the article, about your wonderful Kenwood Chef… my love for food was uplifted and you made it very delicious.. well, till I read and seen the image of your Raspberry Pavlova…. I skipped the recipe since I see eggs first so I knew was not for me.. BUT BOY ho BOY.. it looks so tempting…

Thanks so much for doing what you do with so much enthusiasm and love ..

I am certain going to dinner with you would make a long lasting impression because you know what to order and where to go..

Thanks for sharing what you love in such a great way.

In reply to Ashton. Have a go at making it Ashton, it is a lot of hard work to hand mix the meringue (the beauty of a mixer like the Kenwood is it does that for you), but think of it as your workout before indulging in your sweet tooth cravings ;)

Very Nice Michael. It sounds like something I’d love to try making. I dont have any mixers.. I may have to look into one just so that I can make things like the deliciousness you have created here. It looks rather luscious, and quite satisfactory to the crazing sweet tooth I have right about now haha. I look forward to more food to come.

Michael, your raspberry pavlova looks delish! I am not familar with the Kenwood chef but it sounds like a awesome kitchen tool. I use a Kitchen Aid mixer and it works great! Thanks for sharing how you like this mixer.

In reply to Donna Merrill. Donna, Try making the meringue go further (serve less!) and instead of whipped cream use mascarpone and add lots of your favourite fresh fruits. It makes it a little healthier and is still wonderfully delicious!

In reply to Dr. Erica Goodstone. Erica, Pleased you like the Pavlova, give it a try it really is a treat! The Kenwood Chef is a very versatile machine, it is getting me into cake and desert making (more on that soon!). Well worth having and really does make light of hard work.
