Mike, every time I arrive to read some good stuff here. You always make me so hungry. Even when I just had a bit.

I love and can not do without Chili. It has to be made by myself. Most do not understand that the longer it simmers. The better the green peppers and onions have to get right. I use the dark beans and love it. Just ground beef and no other meat.

It is the best and would love the next time you come in Boston. Give me a ring and I will bring you some. Sound Good?

Mike, you have a great heart and love for food. I love visualizing me traveling with you to all the locations. Most of the stuff I would not eat. Yet, I am sure I can find something to enjoy. Asia what? Only so much you can eat. I can do do much raw fish and love rice yet take it easy on each meal? The drinks are great! Hot Sockeye or rice wine hot is the best and I understand it is Japanese yet so what ever where in Asia they have hot rice wine, right?

I miss my grandmother's fried chicken, cole slaw, and creamy mashed potatoes. It's 20 times better than KFC out here in the US... but also, more home made and much of the ingredients are organically grown in her small farm.... minus the chicken itself... lol

There are two meals in particular i miss. . . That is my mothers meatloaf and mashed potatoes as well as her spaghetti. Everything she makes is from scratch and the smell alone is to die for! Every time i got home for a visit i make sure she makes at least one of those for me =D

I really can't limit it any one favorite Micheal!

But like most, I too enjoy a good and filling meal every now and again! And I really have no particular preferences.

But whenever I attend any type of cultural bazaar, especially those held in a near by park. I love to try food from the various cultures! And I always find one particular dish that I've never heard of or tried before, to be extremely tasty!

I'll really have to thin on this! Who knows, maybe something will come to mind!

Haha Michael this post literally has my mouth salivating up a storm. My wife makes this killer meal with a ham roast, this delectable dijon mustard/honey sauce, scalloped potatoes covered in cheese and a prezel/cream cheese/ jello layered salad.
I crave quite often, and if she stopped making it I think that craving might just bury me haha
