I discovered THREE open boxes of corn meal over the weekend. I know I inherited one when my neighbor passed, how long she had it, I don’t know, but she was well over 80 so I guess I’d better take a close look at the box!

My issue is making more food to deliberately freeze and then eating it all…and the spice thing is a hazzard but I am from my mums school of thought, unless it smells off it is okay to use 😉

Ah yes, the unidentifiable foodstuffs in the freezer. I have a drawer full of it, just in case one day I remember.
Also in the freezer is the contents of my mothers freezer, I am looking after it while she moves. The thing is, she moved 6 years ago and I still have it. I think it’s safe to say she doesn’t want it back now, so I might just bin it. Although that could be dangerous, I have two freezers, I demanded the 2nd one when we had no room in the first one…
