Kyle, One easy way is to get a tub of full fat yogurt enough to coat the amount of chops you have. Crush a couple of garlic cloves and the same quantity of fresh ginger. Add 1/2 Tsp garam masala, 1 Tsp Turmeric, 1 Tsp chilli powder, 1 Tsp ground cumin and some fresh chopped coriander (cilantro). Mix it all together. Marinate to chops for at least 2 hours then grill until you have little bits of charring visible. Tell me how this works for you!

Those tandoori lamb chops look so yummy! What type of seasonings or rubs are typically used with those or what would you recommend?
I just became a fan of Indian food recently and want to give it a try. I recently tried to make curry chicken and didn't come out to well :( Haha but got to keep trying to create a good dish!
