Wow! That sounded like a fabulous festival! I got hungry for Spanish food after reading your post. As I spent time in Spain studying and working years ago, I miss the lifestyle (who can beat a two-hour long lunch hour?), friendly people, great food, and yes, the sangria! Now I just wish we had such a festival where I live!
