Good point! unfortunately many products try to be more health conscious, but it's difficult when trying to appeal to a mass market. Here's to us as consumers losing our love of sugar...once we do the manufacturers will follow.

Dear belVita manufactures, I have been a diabetic for 18 yrs. and have always looked for a better product to consume with less sugar. Your belVita biscuits have a high rating for excellence and flavor. I commend you for your success! As for diabetes go, can you adjust a "New belVita biscuit with less sugar?" Maybe, 1 or 2 grams of sugar? The biscuit in itself, still will produce sugar within the body, except but not in large amounts. Maybe it can be labled "Light?" Certainly you will be able to have an upgrowing success ladder in this category. My Diabetic doctor said more and more people of all walks of life are developing diabetes. Where I go to monitor my diabetes is called "Glandular Disease Clinic" where hundreds of people go everyday for treatment. Diabetes is here to stay and anything to support diabetes will be quite helpful I will greatly appreciate your consideration. Yes your biscuit is satisfying when eating a smaller portion as breakfast
