This classic Indian vegetable dish is so well loved I just had to share my version of Aloo Gobi in this (my first ever!) video.

There are some tips and tricks in this video which will help you make the best tasting Aloo Gobi you’ve ever made!
Ingredients
- ½ Large Cauliflower
- 1 Large Potato
- 1 Medium Onion (preferably a strong one!)
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Piece of Fresh Ginger (same size as one clove of garlic)
- 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
- 5 Tomatoes
- 100-150 ml (½ Cup) Homemade Stock or Water
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 4 Tsp Mild Curry Powder
- 2-3 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Good Pinch of Chopped Coriander (Cilantro)
- 7-8 Tbsp Oil for cooking
Serves 4 as a main

FINALLY a vegan recipe!!!!! I love it, I love it, not just because it is Vegan… But because I love India food as well… and cauliflowers Yammmmyyyy…
I got the recipe and will book mark your video.. so I am set for next week after buying the cauliflower since I did not get for this week..
Have all the other ingredients and I am set to enjoy..
I am as you or as your mother said.. if you want to taste great food you need to prepare your self and my mother used to say the same thing so that is where I got my cooking skil started 🙂
